Yes. And you won't be able to speed it up unless it's an unlocked model.
AMD started internally locking cpu's somewhere between date code 0334 and
0339. so make sure you get one made before that. You can then change the
default multiplier, etc. and get the max speed out of it. Running at
133Mhz FSB you'd probable want to set the multiplier to 16 (2133MHz) to be
safe. That's the default for a 2600+/266 tbred, and would equal about a
2800+ if it's a barton core. BTW, you can still buy 2600+/266 cpu's for
about $85 and you wouldn't have to mod anything.
