I am considering buying a new PC from Dell and the graphics card that comes
with it is a 256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro.

My current PC has a NVIDIA geforce 6600 (256mb). Which video card is
better?

Here's an entire article testing the X1300Pro and the 6600GT. The 6600GT is
all over the X1300Pro in every real game benchmark. By a lot.
