IF I OVERCLOCK this cpu
I've serious problem with ram and windows xp

Do you know why???

My Configuration is

AMD 3000 Barton 333
ABIT KD7-Raid
2 GB Ram (1 GB Kingstone 3200 + 1 GB TWINMOS 3200)
2 maxtor 60 gb raid
2 maxtor 120 gb non raid
Quadro fx500
Pioneer 105 DVD-R

It's pretty hard to guess when you don't say how you are overclocking it.
Multiplier or FSB?
