380EX Switches ? - Help

Hi all

I've just bought a 2nd-hand 380EX flash for my Canon G5, but it didn't have
a manual.

Could anyone please let me know what the switch does above the PILOT light -
It shows a green dot on the left position and a Flash symbol and an 'H' to
the right.
