Forgive me if this message was posted twice. I bought an ep-3vca2 with a p3
733 from a friend for a song. He had trouble with it from day one, crashing
continuously inder win98 then ME and even win2k. I have the board now and it
won't work properly (still crashes) at the standard 133 fsb. I have an
azenram 256 mb dimm which works fine on two other mobos@ 140 cas3 so I know
it's not the memory.I've underclocked the fsb to 125 and it's as stable as
can be, I have the voltage jumpers on the mobo set to auto so the BIOS
should set the correct voltage...right? Would setting the voltage manually
via the jumpers be better? The BIOS says the voltage is 1.67 volts. I am
thinking of jumping it up a bit to see if it will work at the rated bus
speed. Does anybody out there have any experience with these boards? Could
anybody point me in the right direction?
