It did on mine, just happened too! The machine would just set and beep, pause, beep, pause, beep, pause, beep . . . . . than after trying for 2 days the computer would boot into safe mode but not finish a normal boot. I replaced the card with a PCI one and all is well. So it looks like the G-450 (e-TV version) was the problem. (or AGP gone bad?)
