503+, & 2013 BIOS PW's

I used a user PW on the PA-2013 for checking as it halts for PW
after HD's and CDROM's display, before continuing boot.
Too many missed KB halts. :-{

On the 503+ this does not happen, it seems that this only applies
to entering BIOS, for user and supervisor BIOS access.
Any suggestions or am I overlooking something.

Oops I had the wrong setting in BIOS (setup/system)
