i'm looking for a 5700 ultra card which brand should i get. i have been
looking seriously at the eVGA. any suggestions?

That's what I've got and it's been flawless so far. It replaced an MX440
card. The ultra almost tripled the 3dmark score from my old card.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Don't even think about buying FX5700 Ultra! Go for FX5900 XT... I can
guarantee that you will be happy. Smile

i decided on the eVGA for the gainward did you get the standard or the
golden standard?

What is the "Golden Standard"? I have an ASUS 5700 on order and no mention
of a Golden Standard.

Golden Sample is a Gainward brand...see my link in above message.
