I am upgrading to a new box and am having major problems with this
board. The system will boot passed the memory checks and start
entering windows (or windows setup) about 10 seconds later the board
seems to goto sleep mode. The only thing that is working is the fan?
I a have not been getting much help from chaintech support. They have
had me upgrade the power supply, change the Video Card, Swap the
memory. I have have even tried swapping out the hard drive.

Help!
