MSI 865PE NEO-2 AGP Voltages

Hi all. i got a question about my mobo the msi 865pe neo-2 with a 2.8ghz
800fsb p4 and my video card msi 5900 ultra. I see very low frame rates in
all games and benchmarking just plain sucks. 3dmark 2001 i got a 5643 and
3dmark 2003 dies at the mother nature test. my mobo bios are still set to
defaults...so the agp slot is set to 1.5 volts....i let my friend borrow my
5900 ultra running asus a7n8x but his agp voltage is 1.8 volts and the
everthing runs fine. my questions is will increasing the agp voltage help me
or do u think that the agp slot on the mobo is bad

Personally I think The MSI boards plain suck.. However, there are some
factors that lead to poor benchmarking;

1. set your colors to 16 bit instead of 32.
2. Raise the agp VOLTAGE TO 1.65-1.7

3. LIST YOUR EXACT SYSTEM CONFIG HERE.
