OK, just to straighten things out a bit here. *Any* of the nVidia based
8xxx series cards are DX10 compatible. (And also backwards compatible
with earlier DX versions) From the lowly 8400 (available from about
$40US) to the mighty 8800GTX (available for up to $740US)
However, if you are staying with WinXP, DX10 compatibility will do
nothing for you, as Micro$oft has said that DX10 will be for Windows
Vista only.
