When i turn on a new 8hda5j with a new 400watt powersupply the fan starts spinning on the cpu and display goes straight to FF ...... but nothing else happens....sometimes when it turns on and then i turn it off...it just goes back to fan spinning but will not turn off properly until the power cable is removed... Put in an old 350watt supply and it seems fine ..
