8RDA3+ on first startup out of box sounds alarm, reset CMOS and all is I
think well. Now on bootup occasionally gives off alarm or stops and advises
that CPU settings have changed to 100 MHz from 133 MHz. Other than this
slight inconvenience runs like a charm

XP2500 +
512 Mb 3200 Corsair DDR
Antec 400 power supply
All in Wonder 7500 Video Card
Maxtor SATA 80 Gb HDD
O/S = WinXP

Did your 8RDA3+ come with an adaptor to plug you network cable into??
I have a new one that I seem to have nowhere to plug a network cable into
and says in the manual it is "optional" ?
As far as your alarm going off, I think it might be a voltage problem.

No my board did not come with an adaptor to plug you network cable into.
Alarm has only sounded once, still stops on the CPU settings issue. Will
look into the voltage issue.

Probably, you can set jumpers on MB for the FSB to 166MHz
