I have a 8Kha+ version 2 with 4-25-03 bios update.
When I went to install a Maxtor 120 GB hard drive
the system bios only would see it as a 32 GB. Does
anyone know is this a Mobo problem or a drive issue?

Look at the jumper settings on the back of the drive. If the jumpers
are set to define it as a 32 GB drive, that is likely what is going on.
Not sure why they would be set that way, but it's the best explanation
I can come up with right now.

The mobo should recognize drives up to 128 GB with no problems (maybe
higher).<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
