Can you install ram heat sinks on the 8 pieces of memory I have on this
9500pro? Will it help? What brand or size? Whats a good ccoler for this
card?What causes artifacts when card is overclocked?

Yes, you can.

The Iceberq4 CCB-A4C, which comes with 4 memory heatsinks. This is what

When you push the memory and/or the graphics chip too far, that will
happen. It could also be heat related.

seems I would be 4 heat sinks short, is there a proper name for the ones on

If you want more cooling for it, you need to Mod it.
I've seen pics of water pipes moded on to the 9800 and other video cards.
There's lots of stuff you can do to put extra cooling on such a card.
I have a fan on my ATI All In Wonder 128Pro 32Mb Ram
I also pulled off the garder on the tuner so as to blow some air on there
too.
The main tuner chip gets the air, and I think that's the main place where
it's needed.
