I have a Saphire 9800 pro. I have a digital monitor and a analog
hooked up. In the catalyst control center they both show up as desktop
1 and 2, and the tv as other monitor. The tv screen reamains blank.
I've tried unhooking the 2nd monitor and using the tv in it's place
but still nothing.
I have been using ultramon as well, I don't know if this is causing a
problem or not.

The TV output is usually awful, but I've had no problem enabling it using
the TV button on the desktop/properties/settings/advanced/displays tab.

Be sure to check the little "Extend my desktop to this monitor" box
when you select Monitor 2.
