Where can I get updated drivers for the above board, specifically?

NVIDIA nforce MCP Networking Controller
Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller
Standard Enhanced PCI to USB Host Controller
OHCI Compliant IEEE 1394 Host Controller.

I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction,

They are still Nvidia.

They are all in the nForce Driver package. Check my FAQ for details.
