A7N8X-E Memory Problems

I'm building two A7N8X-E based systems:

Gladly I decided to equip one with an XP 2800-333 and 2x 512MB 333
Infinion. This box works fine. (except for the RAID problem mentioned
in the other thread)

But for the other box I decided to use an XP 3200-400 and 2x 512MB 400
Infinion. (I should have listen to my stomach and go for a 3000-333)

I can't get the memory to run reliable at 400 MHz: www.(memtest86.com)
2 x Infinion @400 Mhz @ different timings BIOS 1007

I exchanged the RAM at the shop:
2 x TwinMos @400 Mhz @ different timings
1 x TwinMos @400 Mhz @ different timings

I changed back to the Infinion:
I tryed to flash 1008 with awdflash, but I needed to make it via the
Autoexec.bat option from Ben Popes page (thx!) to get it flashed, but
still no luck with it: (But seems to be a bit better)
2 x Infinion @400 Mhz @ different timings BIOS 1007

As a solution I run the memory asynchron to the FSB:
XP3200-400 / DDR333
But I'm not satisfyed, because the system was to expensive to run
handycaped. (but memtest gives it a slightly better value for the
memory bandwith than the 2800-333 system, so async seems not as bad as
I would have suggested)

Anybody with similar problems?

Try upping the voltage on the memory - 2.7V should be enough.

You're a braver man than I to flash when you know memory is unstable.
