AK12 after bios upgrade to s020 doesn't boot

Hi there
I have AK12 motherboard and 650Mhz Duron processor. I've got old release of
bios (s014) and my duron worked @ 712Mhz. After I've updated bios there is
strange thing: computer is booting up for maybe 2-3 seconds and turns off.
My cooler is plugged into correct fan plug (CPU FAN CONNECTOR)
Do you have any suggestions?

Which BIOS did you upgrade to?
Did you set the BIOS to default settings on the first boot after upgrade?
