Post subject: AK32A CPU speed
Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>shuttle (more info?)

I just built a new machine. While troubleshooting an error code
I cleared the cmos w/ the jumper pin.

Before I cleared the cmos the AMD 2000+ was running at 1666mhz.
After I cleared the cmos the speed dropped down to 1250mhz.

Any advice on how to get back to the 1666mhz par would be greatly
appreciated. The cpu temp was 40C.

TIA

Henry

ST62K: USB speed? - Does any other ST62K user get the feeling that the USB ports do not perform at full USB 2.0 speed? It takes AGES to backup data to an external USB drive. I thought of using a LAN drive, but USB 2.0 should be quite a bit faster than the 10gigabit/s LAN..
