Archived from groups: alt>comp>periphs>mainboard>aopen (more info?)

Was thinking of putting a AMD athlon64 3700 in a AK86-L.
Was wondering if there were any bios problems doing this.
I recall the later bios revisions screwed up the memory bus speeds.
I'm using bios 1.11 which runs at full speed, but I'm wondering if it
will recognize the 754 3700.
