I just upgraded my CPU from a XP1600 to a XP 2800. I also upgraded to
333 fsb. In doing so, my memory went from 1gb (using all three slots)
to only the system only showing 768mb.

Any ideas on this?

I have this same board & I use nothing but OCZ premier or performance ram
and it shows the proper amount. When I got the board, Shuttle told me it
works best with premium brands of ram.
