Prime95 is a good test for stability, especially tough on memory.
To see if ram is the culprit, try raising the timings to something like
3,4,4,8. If you still get errors, test the sticks one at a time or in
alternate slots -- if you are using 1 and 3, try 2 and 4 or vice versa. You
can also try raising the DDR voltage just a little.
I also wonder if those temps are accurate. 34C is very low for a P4, even at
idle. It is not an unreasonable temp for the case sensor.
Spontaneous reboots are usually a sign of problems with ram, poor cooling
or, as others have suggested, an inadequate power supply.
