ATI CCC causing small square in the top left corner of the..

I've just reinstalled Vista and after installing the ATI program, the
desktop has a tiny square approximately 6 x 6 pixels in size. It's
never occured before. Does anyone know how to fix it? I know it's ATI
causing it because when I went to task manager and closed CCC.exe the
square dissapeared. Should I just reinstall it or should I ditch CCC
altogether and use something else? I know lots of people say they don't
use CCC.

I only disable the "System Tray Menu" from preferences of CCC and the
little white square goes away.
