AV8 - 3rd Eye Motherboard Post Code 69

I have recently built a computer using an AV8 3rd Eye Motherboard and
get when a post code 69 when everything has loaded up (I am using
Windows XP). If I do any intensive work the computer simply shuts down
and I wondered if it was related to the 69 code ("Turn on Level 2
cache") and if so what I can do about it.

Google for Memtest86 and run it. Sounds like a bad memory module.
