2.1 because its too old to be 2.2 compliant and it has a WOL header
(although the latter may be for compatibility with older NICs). I couldn't
get WOL to work on my Intel Pro 100S NIC without the cable connected and a
PCI 2.2 compliant system is supposed to be able to control WOL capabilities
on this NIC.
