By any chance are you using a AMD .90mn chip?
If yes to these two questions I am guessing you have a 130nm chip bios chip.
In which case you need to flash the bios to at least version 15 to correct
the problem. (I had this problem, lol sucks don't it) the cure for the
problem is ordered a bios chip from Excaliburpc.Com the page address you
need is
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.excaliberpc.com/default.php?cPath=156_157&%20osCsid=3874bd18a580ebb3d78c17063152356e" target="_blank">http://www.excaliberpc.com/default.php?cPath=156_157&%20osCsid=3874bd1...80ebb3d</a>
if you have a 3rd Eye Ver. or just a AV8 they are the same. Or there's
another possibility you can try before the bios chip change, I read about it
later but had already changed the chip so I don't know if it will work and I
I think it's a work in the dark solution because you can't see the progress
onscreen. At boot up press alt + F2 then type the award flash utility
that's on a floppy with bios 15. Flash your bios.
