Agp voltage?

Hi!
A friend give me is old ATI rage fury maxx (better than my vid card),
is card running with 3.3v but my board(ECS k7s5a pro) give 1.5v.

Any solution?

Well... yeah, but it won't involve that video card and your current
motherboard.
