Asus P4P800 vs MSI Neo2-PFS (Platinum Edition), which on..

Does anyone have any info on comparisons? They both appear to be very similar, use the same 865PE chipset, onboard gigabit
lan and audio. I can't really see any difference in the boards, except the brand of onboard audio and lan, and of course the
prices. The Asus is $105, and the MSI is $85.

I would appreciate any feedback.
