I can knock mine to 2100 with a FSB of 140.

Not worth it makes the cpu to hot in Summer in Australia.

Waiting for an Athlon 64 and some 64 bit apps and games.

And dual DDR 2 ram, 3 gig should be ok and a Xp 64bit.

That will be ok for starters.

Given your question it might have been a good idea to
list your PSU.

The only KT400 board I have is an A7V8X that I
quickly replaced with an A7N8X. VIA chipsets
(except the 133A) have often been a source of
problems, in my experience.
