Multiplier x system bus = CPU speed. Look in your bios or RTFM. At a
minimum, you should be able to lower the system bus (FSB). As for voltage,
it depends on the MB, but most allow you to change it too. if you can't do
either of these, then use powernow in the os. The values are predefined
for the CPU, but on my old Hammer core 3000+ the low setting is 800MHz at
1.3v. Your's should be a little different.
