The best help for this mother board and any problems is:
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.ocworkbench.com/ocwb/ultimatebb.php" target="_blank">http://www.ocworkbench.com/ocwb/ultimatebb.php</a>
under ECS
They also have a GREAT bios update that allows for many more tweaks and OC
settings.
I use the K7S5A with a 1600+ and I can clock it to a 1900+ with 150 fsb.
They have great FAQs and helpful people.
Your current problem is the bios has reset to 100 instead of 133.
