If I have a Athlon 1333 what speed should the bios be reporting? Also what
is the bus speed and multiplier that I should be using?

What *is* your BIOS reporting???
The quick guess answer is ~1333 MHz. If it is a "C" Athlon, you should be
using 133MHz FSB and a multiplier of 10. As there was, IIRC, also an Athlon
that had a default FSB of 100MHz and used a multiplier of 13 for ~1300 MHz,
it's impossible to give a fully accurate answer based on what you've told
us.
Post the letter-number sequences on top of the CPU core, your motherboard
model, memory type and speed, current BIOS and/or jumper settings for FSB
and multiplier if you want a good answer.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
