Athlon XP Mobile on K7S5A Pro

Would a CPU like this one:

work with an ECS K7S5A Pro motherboard? The FSB is 266MHz, the voltage
1,65V, which are the same as my current XP 2400+ non-mobile, so it should
work, but I would like a confirmation
