My cd/dvd RW quit working. It will not read a cd or dvd. I am using XP
home edition, and the device manager says the device is working properly.
The only thing I can do with it is right click on it and eject the tray. I
tried using a cleaning disk, but that did nothing. Is there anything else I
can try.
