if you have a spare video card try that. some radeons do cause flickering.
the drivers are created by ati not soyo. i had a similar problem with an
albatron board that didnt like the nvidea 6800gt. an older video card
(fx5700) did solve the problem. and the customer returned the 6800 for a
6600 and the comp worked like a champ.
