When updating the bios...only use the update that fixes your particular
problem.

If there are no problems...then DO NOT update the bios.

It's possible to totally kill your machine if the flash fails

As others have said, don't update a BIOS unless the update fixes
something you're having problems with. But if you do need to update,
flash only the latest. It will include past fixes as well.
