Post subject: No Boot, No POST and No Fans on ASUS P4B533-E!!!!

Hi,
My computer will not POST, nor will the fans start. There is a green
light on the motherboard. I have unplugged all peripherals. I have also
reseated all power. Does anyone have a clue as to what is going on?

If the video-card power is not connected, I think the bios-beep codes
must be audible??? (one long, 4 short beeps as far as I can recall)
Also the sympoms given by de OP looks like a dead PSU instead of a dead
CPU I opted before.

Thanks all for responding,
It was a dead PSU and i discovered that the case power button stopped
working properly. I tried a known working PSU and had to take the face
plate off to power it on.
