Boot problem help please

Hello,
Gigabyte Motherboard GA-6BXC Intel 440 BX AGPset,

When we power the computer on nearly immediately we got a long beep -
pause - long beep - pause etc ...
We checked the power supply and it is ok we do have 6 and 12 volt.
Cannot get the bios setting because the post did not complete.

Any idea to solve the problem will be very appreciated and thanks,
John.

This is usually memory failure
