After checking the cables for good connections on both sides of it. And the
Bios seeing them or not. There should be a small hole in the front of the
CD which a straightened paperclip can be inserted to manually release the
tray. Had a CD lock from vibrations of being moved around once and that was
how I had to open it, after which it worked fine.
