I have the Dragon KT400 Lite. I can't seem to find an option in the BIOS
settings to change the order of devices to boot from first. I don't
know if I'm simply not seeing. If it's there, somebody point me in the
right direction. thanks.

In the BIOS enter the "Soyo Combo feature" menu. You will have to scroll
down using the down arrow key to see the entry for changing the boot device
order.
