DELL 1905 FP monitor goes on/off..

Post subject: DELL 1905 FP monitor goes on/off..

I have a DELL 1905 FP 19 in DELL monotor. After few minutes the
monitor screen goes off to dark, then for few seconds it comes on
with the DELL log and again it shows the data and repeats the cycle.
Can any one help? Thanks!

Could it having trouble with the video card youve got it plugged into? Is
this a brand new monitor?
