Post subject: DVI Monitor
Archived from groups: alt>comp>hardware (more info?)

I am having a hard time setting up my DVI monitor with a radeon 9200
card.
Everything works fine with a normal 17" CRT: the fglrx driver is
loaded and X starts.
When I connect the LCD monitor it simply switch off as it was out of
frequency.
I have tried to set up timing with xtiming.sourceforge.net but it
doesn't work.

I am using Slackware 9.2 with kernel 2.6.2 and module driver fglrx
downloaded from ati.

Any hint?
thank you
Edoardo
