Four days ago, I downloaded new drivers for my G450, and received an
error message when I tried to extract the drivers from the .exe file.

I wrote to Matrox tech support:

They said that they cannot send drivers to me, and I should contact the
webmaster. I forwarded the message to the webmaster. Today, I downloaded
the same file and received the same error message.

Has anyone else encountered this problem and found a solution?

Thanks,
