Post subject: Dual 32-bit CPUs = 64-bit?

I have a intel server motherboard "SE7500WV2" with two cpus "RK80532KE067512" intel xenon 2.66ghz. i am currently not using the computer as a server but as a regular desktop, i was wondering is it possible to install windows vista 64-bit on it? or is my system still considered a 32-bit setup? thank you.
