I'm shopping for a low end core 2 duo.

Is there any strong reason to pick either the E4300 or E6300? Price
difference is negligible. Which one overclocks better?

The 43 has fsb 200 compared to the 63's 266. So, you can overclock the 43
more at a lower fsb than you can the 63. Which means, you don't need a
heroic motherboard that can go up to 500. Just 300 would be a 50% overclock.
