EPS12V SSI 3.51 PSU for TYAN K8HM board

I have just received this board
planning to put 2 dual core cpu
just wondering what I should purchase as a power supply
specs says : EPS12V SSI 3.51
never heard of that king of pSU
anyone with a background on that board

tertiary connector (Xeon and Opteron) defined in SSI specification
