When I start some Setup.exe or Install.exe I receive next message: "Setup.exe - Application Error The application failed to initialize properly (0x80000003). Click on OK to terminate the application." But on another computer the same Setup.exe and Install.exe work properly. What can I do? Will it help, if I update my BIOS?
