What's the fastest nVidia DX9-capable card that can be had for under $125
US?

I have seen plenty at http://www.pricewatch.com but I don't know one from
the other.

The entire point of the post was that I have the equivalent of $125 US to
spend, and I want the most performance I can get for $125; not $50 more, not
$5 more, but $125, or less if possible.

If a card was $5.00 more, but gave me double the performance of the cheaper
card I'd want to know about it.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

The fastest card you can get would be the FX 5600 ultra for $94.00 thats
pricewatch list. Or if you went with ATI
9600 pro 256mb for $111.00

He was just trying to be helpful. There is a big performance difference and
he was pointing out a $50 additional would be a good value. Flip some more
burgers and get the 5900 Smile

The pricewatch listings for 9600 Pro usually are 9600 non-pro and
9600SE cards. Caveat Emptor. The $94 listing for a 5600 Ultra goes
to 5200 Ultra...
