Fix: Drop downs and check boxes don't work after applying ..

Hi,

I was programming in Visual Studio when I noticed that some of it's
check boxes and drop down combo boxes would not function when I had
that window displayed in my second monitor but, worked fine in the
first.

I think this behavior started after I had applied the ATI drivers
recommended by Windows Update.

Very strange!

The fix I found was to set the other monitor as the primary monitor in
Start/Settings/Control Panel/Display in XP.

Now the drop downs and check boxes work in both monitors.
